  • We will analyze a customers design against best practice DFT test techniques and
    recommend design enhancements that will maximize test coverage.  These
    enhancements are specialized for each customer through formalized reports.  Several of
    our customers employ our DFT_Tips for generalized recommendations, then empowered
    with this knowledge, their designers work with JEK-Tech(TM) for advanced
    recommendation.

  • Turn-Key Test Program Development
  • After being provided with customer Schematics, CAD Data, BSDLs and a Bill-of-Materials
    (BOM), JEK-Tech(TM) will generate and debug a full Boundary Scan Test program.

  • When the bone pile of defective boards builds up in manufacturing, what do you do?  The
    bone pile becomes costly to debug and even requires a designers knowledge to recover.  
    At JEK-Tech(tm), we work with the designers to understand the troubled area's, provide test
    coverage and Engineering Change Order recommendations to improve test coverage.  We
    then deploy these improvements; saving customers from scrapping product in the bone
    pile or trying to fit that a square peg in a round hole.
  • By using our AccessExtender(TM) Product family, customers are able to test off-board
    signals through onboard connectors and also test multiple products at the same time.
  • Boundary Scan testing during environmental test or burn-in is also made fast and easy with
    our AE400/SPE7 product.

  • Retrieving the developed test from our Archives, we can easily upgrade and deploy the
    upgrade to your Manufacturing Test site.  Our secure FTP site ensures a speedy response
    and recovery time, worldwide!
