Test Requirements Information;
  • Interconnect Testing(default)
              A list of tests preferred;
  • Memory Test Devices (customer optional)
  • In-System Configuration Devices (customer optional)
  • I2C Program Devices (customer optional)
  • Flash Program Devices (customer optional)
  • SPI (or SerialPROM) Program Devices (customer optional)
  • Oscillator presence test Devices (customer optional)
  • Power levels & power sequencing requirements
  • Secure FTP site needs

Optional (preferred) Data Required;
  • Block Diagram of Scan Chain
  • List of Non-populated devices
  • In-System Configuration files(SVF, JAM, Stapl, 1532, etc)
  • I2C Program files(Binary, S-Record, HEX)
  • Flash Program files(Binary, S-Record, HEX)
  • SPI (or SerialPROMs) Program files(Binary, S-Record, HEX)
  • Definition of external control or IO hardware
  • List of asyncronous resets onboard
