JEK-Tech(tm) reserves the right to refuse Purchase Orders on a case by case basis.

Shipping charges are added once the entire order is processed, packaged and/or weighed. We do not
add any fee's for processing your order. Only those fee's charged by the delivery agent are added.

JEK-Tech(TM) must provide you with an Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number for any customer

JEK-Tech(TM) warrants that all products are free from workmanship errors and defects at the time of
shipment. Any product returned within 30days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

JEK-Tech(TM) may, on some products, make certain cosmetic modifications as an Intellectual Property
protection mechanism. No functionality is affected, this is merely a cosmetic modification.
