One thing JEK-Tech is not, is a Boundary Scan soft-tool or test software
supplier. Our core competency is delivering flexible solutions to further
the proliferation of DFT test techniques.
At JEK-Tech, we focus on generic hardware options and solutions
(accessories) for an industry standard, IEEE 1149. As a result, our
products work across Boundary Scan soft-tool suppliers and are not a
point solution for one soft-tool supplier, customer or application.
JEK-Tech also provides test consulting services based on IEEE 1149.
These services include Design-For-Test(DFT) training, hardware test
architecture design, Design-For-Test(DFT) analysis and test coverage
enhancement. As a result of providing these services, we experience the
DFT needs of our customers on a daily basis. We then develop flexible
products to support these needs; thus our test accessory products.
